  • Stock Availability: We strive to maintain accurate stock counts, but there may be occasional discrepancies. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Enjoy free delivery on orders over $100. 

Delivery Terms

  • Domestic Transit Time: Domestic shipments typically take 2-7 days.
  • International Transit Time: International shipments generally take 4-22 days, depending on the courier.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment.
  • Change of Delivery Address: We can change the delivery address before the order is dispatched.

Items Out Of Stock

  • Backorders: If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch in-stock items and backorder the remaining items.

Delivery Time Exceeded

  • Contact Us: If delivery takes longer than expected, please contact our customer service.

Tracking Notifications

  • Tracking Link: You will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment's progress.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

  • Reject Parcel: If possible, reject damaged parcels from the courier and contact our customer service.
  • Contact Customer Service: If the parcel was delivered without you present, contact customer service.

Duties & Taxes

  • Sales Tax: Sales tax is included in the displayed price.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: International shipments may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival.

Cancellations

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: We can accept cancellations before the order is dispatched.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Please refer to our  policy for post-dispatch cancellations.

Insurance

  • Parcel Insurance: Parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the stated value.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Claims Process: We will process refunds or replacements after the courier completes their investigation.
