What can be returned?
We gladly accept returns of unused furniture in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. This includes:
- Furniture pieces with all original tags attached.
- Undamaged and unblemished furniture.
- Properly packaged furniture using the original packaging materials.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made furniture.
- Final sale items.
- Clearly marked "as-is" furniture.
Return Process
- Initiate your return: Contact our dedicated Customer Service team via email us via our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions for safe return shipment.
- Return shipment: Carefully repack the furniture using the original packaging materials. Arrange for a secure return shipment using a reputable carrier.
- Return processing: Once we receive your returned furniture in its original condition and with the RAN, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Return notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during delivery or an incorrect item was sent.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If there is any damage or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our contact page. We will work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
